User Agreement

By accessing or using 2GeeksinaLab's website, products, or services (collectively, the "Services") you agree to be bound by this User Agreement.

If you do not accept the terms outlined here, please do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding agreements in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to this agreement.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity that takes place under your account.

Notify us immediately at security@2geeksinalab.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this agreement. You will not interfere with the operation of the Services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe or scan for vulnerabilities, or use the Services to transmit unsolicited messages, malware, or otherwise harmful content.

You will not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, resell, or otherwise misuse any part of the Services or the data made available through them.

All content and software provided through the Services — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and code — is owned by 2GeeksinaLab, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with this agreement, 2GeeksinaLab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for their intended purposes. No other rights are granted, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Services. By submitting content you grant 2GeeksinaLab a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and process that content solely as needed to operate and improve the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights, licenses, and consents required to submit any content you provide, and you will not submit content that infringes or misappropriates the rights of any third party.

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, applications, or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2GeeksinaLab, Inc. disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities, nor that any information provided through the Services is complete, accurate, or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2GeeksinaLab, Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to this agreement or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim and (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 2GeeksinaLab, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of this agreement, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates this agreement, creates a security risk, or is harmful to other users or to third parties. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification — will remain in effect after your access ends.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or related to this agreement will be the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update this agreement from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where changes are material, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
